To prevent email service providers from sending LBank emails to the spam folder, you can refer to the following instructions to whitelist LBank's email addresses.
Please note that the email list provided is for reference only, as LBank may use other email addresses to send emails. The following lists two common email servers and how to whitelist LBank email addresses.
*Note: If you receive any suspicious emails claiming to be from LBank, please contact customer service for verification.
Gmail
1. Log into your Gmail account, click the gear icon, and select " See all settings".
2. Select the "Filters and Blocked Addresses"tab, click "Create a new filter".
3. In the "From" field, enter LBank's official email addresses separated by commas and spaces, then click "Create filter".

4. On the new page, check the "Never send to Spa" box, and click "Create filter".
Outlook
1. Log into your Outlook mailbox. Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the screen to open the Settings menu. From the dropdown menu, select "Mail".
2. In the left menu of the Settings page, click on "Junk Email". Scroll down to find the "Safe senders and domains" section.
3. Click on "Add" to open the input field. Copy and paste the LBank email address into the input field. After adding the email address, click "Save"to save the settings.
