OracleX (OEX) is a crypto and Web3 project that aims to deliver accurate cryptocurrency price predictions and operate as a decentralized collective consensus platform. This API is designed for easy integration with different platforms, such as decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregators, to assist users with optimal trading route calculations. Beyond DEX aggregators, OracleX's utility extends to optimizing collateral ratios in lending protocols, enhancing automated trading bot strategies, providing data for prediction markets, and analyzing the NFT market. The OracleX ecosystem is powered by its native token, OEX. The OEX token serves several purposes, including facilitating payments for API access, enabling participation in governance decisions, and rewarding data providers for their contributions. OEX token holders can influence the project's development, such as updates to prediction models, API specifications, and adjustments to tokenomics. OracleX has a fixed total supply of 10 billion OEX tokens, with no plans for additional issuance. A significant portion, approximately 93%, of this supply has been allocated for liquidity purposes. The project also incorporates a buyback and burn mechanism, designed to introduce deflationary pressure on the token supply over time. Future plans for OracleX include expanding its price predictions to cover more cryptocurrencies and DeFi tokens, integrating its API with additional DEXs, and exploring new use cases in areas like lending, derivatives, and insurance. OracleX announced it would launch a public beta to address the issue of low liquidity in long-tail prediction markets.
